Court One Athletic Clubs offer a huge variety of cardio equipment as well a number of group fitness classes. We have found having a strong line up of exercise classes in addition to properly tuned equipment is key to member satisfaction. Our goal is to provide you the atmosphere and equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. We do not put a time limit on equipment nor ask our members to stand in a line to wait for a machine. We understand that your time here needs to be efficient and our goal is to accommodate you and become a stress free part of your daily routine. 

Located in both Lansing and Okemos we can provide several options to fit into your busy schedule. Our East location in Okemos has two Group fitness classrooms. While our Lansing/East Lansing North club has a 3,000 sq foot aerobic/group fitness classroom.

Each piece of our cardio equipment is equipped with wireless cardio theater. Cardio theater allows you to control the volume and television you choose to listen to.  Each club has Direct TV and hundreds of channels to choose from to help you pass the time during your workout.
