The most important
muscle in your body is your heart. These classes are
designed to strengthen the heart and increase cardiovascular
capacity and endurance, and improve overall muscle tone.
All the instructors have been trained and certified in
CPR and aerobic curricula. The heart rate is monitored
in each class to be certain that all participants are
gaining maximum benefits from each class. Classes can
be geared to meet each individual needs. Safety, control,
and technique are emphasized in all classes.
