Fitness Center Orientation
All new members need to go through an orientation. The
Fitness Center Staff will demonstrate the proper
techniques and usage on all the equipment. Call the member services office to schedule an orientation
soon!
Body Composition
Tired of watching the bathroom scale go up and down?
Let us put an end to your frustrations. The personal
training staff can determine your overall body fat percentage
based on skin-fold measurements. Fee for all members
is $15.
Aerobic Class Orientation
Before you go to that first aerobic class, take time
for some basic class orientation. Learn how to calculate
and take your heart rate, proper body mechanics and what
to expect in class. Contact Nicole Brillantes to schedule
an orientation before you attend class.
Blood Pressure Testing
The Fitness Center staff encourages you to check your
blood pressure regularly, and make this a part of your
healthy heart life-style.
Fitness Evaluation
Ever wondered what you’ve accomplished with all
of your working out? Need to know what areas your lacking
in? Want to know where you should begin? Let our Fitness
Center staff evaluate your fitness level with our new
CSI Fitness Evaluation program. Tests measure body composition,
muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, and
flexibility. Plan on 30 - 60 minutes to complete tests,
and receive data and feedback. Contact one of our Fitness

Massage Therapy
A systematic form of touch working the body’s
soft tissues. Massage serves to benefit the muscular,
nervous and circulatory systems. Full body massage – a
relaxing massage from the head to the feet – incorporates
deep tissue kneading, several stretches, and relaxation
breathing techniques. It is an excellent way to reduce
tension and stress. Choose from basic Swedish massage,
reflexology, sports massage, trigger point therapy, muscle
isolation techniques, myofascial release,
seated massage, infant massage, and basic Shiatsi.
Massage therapy is available in 90, 60, or 30 minute
sessions.

If you’re looking to improve the way you feel,
look, and perform, Our specialty is sports nutrition
and he can help ensure you gain the most from your
hard work and training. a specialist is also available
to discuss nutritionally related medical concerns.

Boot Camp

A circuit training program designed by a
Court One personal trainer. Each class begins with a
warm-up, followed by an intense circuit training
workout, ending with a cool-down and stretching routine.
Circuits change every week and contain a variety of
exercises using steps, slide boards, tubing, and
medicine balls for a full-body workout. This class is
easy enough for a beginner, yet will challenge an
advanced participant because you set your own pace.
