USTA Sanctioned
Tournaments
The following USTA-sanctioned tournaments
will be held at Court One. Be sure to mark them on your
calendar! Entry forms will soon be available at each of
our tennis service desks.
Fall Junior Satellite
September 19 - 21, 2008
A USTA-sanctioned tournament for BG 10, 12, 14, 16,
18. There is a first-match consolation round. Players in
this tournament cannot have a district ranking.
Fall Junior Open
October 3 - 5, 2008
A USTA-sanctioned tournament for BG 10, 12, 14, 16,
18 singles. There is a first-match consolation round.
WMTA Junior Indoor Tournament
February 20 - 22, 2009
Court One will host the B14 and G14 singles (FMC)
and doubles events of the WMTA Junior Indoor. BG 10, 12,
16, 18 singles and doubles events will be held at other
indoor sites throughout Western Michigan.
Court One Memorial Invitational
May 23 - 25, 2009
This exciting tournament has a non-elimination
compass draw. Matches will take place at various outdoor
sites throughout the Lansing area. Entry deadline is May
11. BG 12, 14, 16, 18
Non USTA-Sanctioned Tournaments
The following is a USTA non-sanctioned
event. Entry forms will be available at each of our
tennis service desks. Omni-Plus members discount applies
only to USTA non-sanctioned events.
USTA Rookie Nets Tournament
November 2, 2008
This tournament offers development and competitive
non-ranked juniors an exciting and fun-filled event.
This is a non-elimination tournament and all players
receive multiple opportunities for play without fear of
being eliminated if they lose.
