Court One Athletic Clubs has three indoor gymnasiums with 16 goals. We also have “Hoop Heaven” an outdoor sport court with 12 glass backboards that are height adjustable. Private/Group Basketball Instruction
At Court One Athletic Clubs you are able to get private and group basketball instruction for players of all ages! Our coaches focus on the basic building blocks of basketball which are ball handling, shooting and passing. Our coaches will stay engaged throughout the entire lesson and with hard work, proper repetition, focus and dedication your player will find added confidence and ability both on and off the court.
