Court One has 3 volleyball courts at the North Location and 2 courts at our East location as well as 3 volleyball courts at the Court One Training Center! Our courts are used for member related activities but also available to rent for a single occasion or for long term team practices. We offer Private/group lessons as well as Sports Performance Training for youth athletes of any age. No matter the age or skill level Court One can help your player improve on all aspects of their volleyball game.

Private/Group Volleyball Instruction
Volleyball lessons at Court One are fun and affordable as well as focused and formulated for success. Volleyball lessons are available at multiple facilities for your convenience. Our coaches have experience playing at every position and use this experience to benefit each player’s needs. Our lessons can help to improve the game or fitness level of players at all levels.
Private sessions allow more focus to be placed on each aspect of your game. You will learn to improve your skills in setting, serving, passing, footwork, serve-reception, and attacking.
